The water itself already has tons of benefits but with the aid of certain fruits and spices, the drink is flavored with guilt-free goodness along with a boost in health benefits. It’s a great alternative to artificial and unhealthy drinks such as soda, powdered drinks, and caffeinated beverages. Although the measurements do not require actual precision, we would like to share with you a few of our easy-to-go detox recipes that you will surely love!

Minty Orange

The mellow sweet zesty freshness of the orange compliments well with the cool flavor tones of the mint. To make this drink, remove the white part of the orange peel as it tastes bitter. Fill in your mason jar or water jug with water and add 2 slices orange and 2 pieces of mint leaves. Store it in the fridge for 12-24 hours.

This sweet and humble drink will surely delight your taste! In an 8-16-ounce glass, add 3 strawberries (cut in half), 5 raspberries, and 3 pieces of mint leaves. Cover the glass and store it in the fridge for 12-24 hours.

Fill a 500ml mason jar with water and add 10 slices of cucumber, 1 slice of lemon (white part removed), and 3 pieces of basil leaves.
